I slept last night. The first time in 3 days. I woke up at 5am with an awful dehydrated feeling but after a drink, went back to sleep until 8am.
The head sparks are very bad today. If I thought yesterdays were bad, today's are making me dizzy to even stand up. BUT I'm prepared for the little buggers. Move slowly, turn slowly. Hold onto the handrail when I'm upstairs. Damn I sound like some 90 year old!
I got to see the Doctor at 11am. It's the one who said he'd have to look Effexor up on the internet and he hadn't heard of any problems coming off of the stuff. So it should be most untherapeutic. Can't wait to get back to where I was last week, I want to feel chilled and happy again... be patient Trin.
My next door neighbour (bless her) could see I was particularly bad yesterday and made us dinner. She brought it in in saucepans and dished it up.
I feel a bit upset this morning to find all the pans and crockery n the sink. I'm soaking them now. I have 2 girls of nearly 16 and one whose almost 12. They could see their mum wasn't well and they didn't even think to wash up?
Why do I have to tell them to do EVERYTHING?
Ok Abby vacuumed yesterday morning, she prob thought her deed for the day was done.
Thing is, things like an overfilling sink full of dirty dishes make me unhappy.
Oh well, I'll go finish them off and just be grateful I haven't got some lazy man's dishes as well. There's some benefits to living alone.....
(nb.. crikey.. I just reread this and it made no sense at all... :-O. I edited it)

Are you thinking that perhaps these problems are being caused by
Effexor? I took Effexor for a little while and had some problems, although mine were quite different. I would caution you to try something else. I took it for about 3 weeks and it pushed me over the edge. I ended up in a physiciatric ward for almost a week after trying to kill myself. My doctor and I both believe that it was from the medicine I was taking, it's a very thin line on whether antidepresents will help you feel better or make you worse. I found out later that my dad had been taking it and stopped because he started feeling worse. Lexapro works great for me.. ask your doctor about it =)
