Loin Pain is a cassic description of Kidney pain. It's an area in your back prob about 2/3 of the way down.
I'm not sure it's used for any sexual context.
Except... when I got married (crosses self)
we had this awful hymn played at the wedding a version of "Morning has Broken" and I choked with laughter at one line
"May there be children, fruits of our loins?"
