Spring skiing in Colorado is warm - especially in the sun - but that is a skimping a bit on the clothing. I wore a bit more than that. I will admit I only zipped up my jacket a couple of times at the top of the mountain, though - so it was pretty darn warm. You could almost think about skiing in short-sleeves. But not a single sleeve like the guys in your picture :)
