This is Lauren's blog. I like reading Abby's mates blogs. I like seeing life through the eyes of the teenager. It's hard the transition between child and adult. I think it molds your life to an extent.
Abby tried so hard to get out of school today. She has a 'sore' throat. She can 'hardly talk', she feels 'ill', 'tired', etc etc. But I was strong. I hate any kind of confrontation. I think I have my ex husband to blame for my patheticness where that's concerned. But I wanted her to go in and sort out this maths thing today. So I told her she had to go.
Not pleased with me, but she went. Wonder if I'll get a phone call from school. Abby's not used to not getting her own way.
Today I'm thinking about Clarrie and Marie and sending my love.
