Absent Minded Champ:
"It's one thing to win two million dollars on 'Jeopardy,' but the real challenge is remembering where the car is parked. So says record-setting 'Jeopardy' champ Ken Jennings, who spoke yesterday to students at Siena College in a suburb of Albany, New York. Jennings confessed that he was so absent-minded after passing the one million-dollar winnings mark on the game show, he forgot where he parked his car."
I wonder how many people actually forget where they parked their car. One of my ward sisters a few years back was called by her husband at 7pm in the evening to say he'd gone to the Mall for a bit of shopping and come out and forgotten where he left the new car. He'd been looking for an hour with no luck. In the end he had to call out security to help look. Silly bugger.
When I was visiting my Nan in hospital I took a taxi. The driver said he gets people all the time who lose their cars. They pay him to drive them around looking for it. He said one week he picked up this guy from a house in St Annes. He had no idea how he got there, where his car was, and had spent the morning rifling through the 'girl' (whose house it was) all of her documents, bank statements etc.....Trying to find out her Christian name. Embarrassingly he'd gone home with her, shagged her, but was so drunk he didn't remember what she was called.
Apparently he never did find out and called her hunny the whole morning.

This reminds me of a boss I had a few years back. He told me about a time he went to a baseball game and go so drunk he couldn't find his car. He searched for an hour, then gave up and went to sleep on the sidewalk. He woke up in the morning and was able to find his car. (since everyone else had gone home and the parking lot was empty).
I think it was better that way since he was too drunk to drive.
