Living in a chav estate I have to report that someone has their Christmas decorations up already! By December 1st it's gonna look like Santa's Grotto here.

We get a lot of people who put up lights and decorations in our neighborhood. Last year rhe next block was mentioned in the paper as one of the top 10 in the city.
