Entertainment

How do Coldplay do it? I was listening to X&Y on the iPod last night and the album is so good. Fix Me is out this week. I love it, it's my record of the month. I love the bit where they all sing. Apparently it's their only track where all four of them sing. Trying to achieve a kind of big chorus sound without the usual choir in the background. It works.
I also like the current Goldfrapp sound. That breathy, synthy, retro sound that Alison Goldfrapp does so well. They have a tune on some car advert too. These car adverts really are making people sit up and listen to the music these days. That's awful sad though. Bloody Advertisements.
I still like Jessica Simpsons' 'These Boots are made for walking' and Justin Hawkins' 'This town Ain't big enough for the both of us'.
But I fear this is because of some fond memory of childhood and is to do with the actual song and not this new sound.
We watched 'The Ring 2' a few nights back. I liked 'The Ring'. I preferred Ring 2 though. I liked the story. It wasn't particularly scary though, but the actual ghost story bit was good. There is such a cross over storyline between The Grudge, The Ring and Dark Water though. I swear the same person wrote them all.
Oh God I'm turning into a teenager again... Liking teen horror music and Jessica Simpson.
