Me and Clarrie were thinking all about the joys of the walking sock earlier. She may not remember (being drunk) but isn't it facinating how rugged and sturdy they are. How they fit your foot so beautifully, covering every contour. So as you walk your little piggies are cushioned in cotton (or what ever fabric floats your boat) comfort. And how attractive they are. A foot in walking socks is like a foot of the Gods.
