Sunday at the Bridge

After yesterday's inaction I decided to try to do something today. Mind I didn't actually get dressed until 4pm. Lazy bitch or what? I'm thinking maybe my problems are physiological rather than psychological. My hair and skin are so dry and my hair is brittle and thin and I am so tired. Maybe it's my damn thyroid after all?
Shay and Summer went home about lunchtime and left us with Nic. We took her to my mum's for tea. My mum and dad think she's ace. She sits and chats to them for ages and they were upset she was leaving. We did have two cooked dinners today as my lovely wonderful next door neighbour cooked us Sunday roast with all the veg and trimmings and my mum did a cooked tea with veg too!
After all that food we needed exercise but Abby isn't one for much hill walking so we hit the Suspension Bridge for a little stroll. It was sunny and warm and you could see all over Bristol. I felt calm and peaceful and happy...We actually all laughed and had fun. I did embarrass a young guy at the end of the bridge. His missus was off videoing the view and he had her flowery handbag. He'd wandered quite far from her and was day dreaming holding his bag tight. I crept up behind him and said 'Lovely bag'. The girls collapsed laughing. Nic said I can't believe you did that. Then we turned round and his missus had returned and was wetting herself laughing at us. Poor guy he looked v embarrassed.

Nic and Danz decided to climb the 'slidy wall' a sheer rock that had been polished through so many bums over the years sliding down it. I took a video and wanted to post it...But anyone know how to do it?
Abby however never known to do more exercise than required sat on the bench like lady muck. Aww Bless.

Danz climbing the rocks was pathetic. She took ages and got stuck. Nic had to go rescue her. Then she refused to slide down. A crowd gathered to watch her and a really lovely young couple who were giggling at Danz's attempts at rock climbing. Nic finally got fed up with Danz's histrionics and told Danz to sit behind her hold on and they'd slid down together. Unfortunately, the preceding food full of nutritious veg, got the better of her tummy and as she sat down she let out a huge bottom burp which reverberated around the rocks. It was so loud. We all collapsed laughing, the young couple had to move they were laughing so much. Bless Nic she laughed too, she took it in good spirits. Imagine Abby she'd have died with embarrassment.
Finally Danz got down and even Abby had a go.
