This case is absolutely disgusting. 20yr old man Michael Barrett meets a 12 year old girl online. He met her at a concert in London and had sex with her twice.
The judge Michael Roach gave him two years suspended sentence and his comments were
"This girl was a willing participant"
What does this say to society and to sex offenders?
For heavens sake...What is this judge doing on a bench?
