BBC NEWS/Soap pair share Royal wedding day
Charlie and Camilla or Ken and Deirdre? ITV are planning a one hour special on the Corrie Wedding. Let's hope the other affair will be reserved for a small slot on the BBC2 news.
The similarities are striking. Both have been married before. Both are incredibly boring. Both have rather eccentric In Laws. But my moneys on the Corrie wedding for the viewing stakes. I'd rather watch the mutt Smeichel Pee than the Royals wed.
