Special Days, Kids, Crazy Moments, lovely mates, things I did, happy times, rants and trials, city life, love and hugs, living with seven cats, disastrous bits, my lovely husband, and if none of it makes sense. Don't fret. That's because life is like that. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

It's a great acheivement and compulsive viewing. A great cause and one that in the hearts and minds of a large part of the world has the hope of doing what it is setting out to do ....but.....
It's not got the punch of Live Aid to my mind. I've given it a lot of thought, is it because we miss a lot of artists as they are performing in different parts of the world? Is it the presenting team not helping the sets gel? Is it me gatting old and feeling some of the acts lack something?
Nope.
It's the absence of one man.
Freddie Mercury made Live Aid. Love him or hate him, you cant deny there has NEVER been a man who could grab a crowd, grab a moment like he could.
Still got hopes that Robbie may manage to restore the Live Aid feel to Live8 but it's a lot to ask.
;)
Spooky! Do you think Robbie read my comment? First number he spits out was a Queen one!
Best guy getting the crowd going though? Peter Kaye! How strange LOL
