Thanks to the PopbItch newsletter I found this spooky as all hell website. Dolls that stand 32 inch high (as tall as your average 2 year old) without faces that stand in your room facing the wall or corner.
"Stand one in the corner of a room, against a couch, on the porch or anywhere you like and watch the reaction of your guests or just enjoy."
I can't think of anything creepier. Have you seen the Grudge? With the small boy who stands there. Makes my skin crawl.
Imagine if one day they just t u r n e d around?

I've seen these in Great Yarmouth (Norfolk). They are known as 'hiding dolls'. I thought they were a local delicacy. They scared the hell out of us too!! We wanted to buy one for a mate's wedding present (what did she do to deserve that one?), but we couldn't find any - we decided they had all hidden themselves far too well!!
