The Jesus Diet

Bible Inspires Florida Doctor's 'Jesus Diet':

"'Have them eat according to the Bible, have them exercise temperance, according to what the Bible says then we can turn them around, help them prevent the disease and reverse the curse,' Colbert said.
The diet is similar to Mediterranean cooking.
'We know that Jesus ate a lot of fruit, we know he ate a lot of fish, a lot of whole grains, we know that he liked vegetables he like olive oil,' Colbert said. 'This is pretty much the Mediterranean diet which has been called the healthiest diet in the world, but it's a modification of the Med. Diet because it does certain things, it puts in certain things that the Med diet doesn't.'"

FFS What a lot of crap. They didn't have Chocolate Eclairs or Danish Pastries in Jesus time. Whose to say he wouldn't have chowed down on a massive bar of Cadbury's dairy milk if he'd had the choice.

He could have fed the five thousand with a single flake. Now that WOULD have been something.
