Hail Christmas for silliness

On the news tonight there was a small piece about Nativity plays being
banned from many schools in England in fear of being politically incorrect. Indeed one school has chosen to perform Little Red Riding Hood. Swapping a story of a baby born in a stable for a crazed wolf who eats an old Lady and a little girl and then has his stomach sliced open by an axe. Nice.

Health and safety have also put their two pence worth in this year. The traditional tea-towel head is deemed not healthy, after all it is a dish drying fabric. Also many schools have been forced to ban
tinsel
from the premises for fear they will strangle themselves with it.
Try telling that to the teachers at the school where 4 teen girls were taken to hospital yesterday for popping ecstasy during morning break. I think they'd prefer a splash of tinsel round the school instead.
